Vache Edward Bahadurian, Esq. is an experienced defense attorney in New Jersey.  He represents clients with the following types of cases: DWI and DUI, Breath Test Refusal, Criminal Defense, Juvenile Delinquency, Expungements, Traffic Tickets, and DMV Hearings.

Mr. Bahadurian graduated from Bucknell University and earned a law degree from Pace University School of Law.  While in law school, he received dean's list honors and completed two judicial externships for the Superior Court in Bergen County, NJ.  After law school, Mr. Bahadurian was selected by a State Superior Court Judge in Hackensack, NJ to serve as his law clerk and also assisted the Presiding Criminal Judge.  Mr. Bahadurian's primary responsibility was to prepare the judges for each case.  This included performing all of the legal research, reviewing the motions and appellate briefs, and handling the communications with the defense attorneys and prosecutors.  His work impressed the criminal lawyers and DWI lawyers who had cases in the court.  After the judicial clerkship, Mr. Bahadurian was invited to join a Bergen County law firm.  He worked at the firm for several years and gained additional legal experience before deciding to start his own practice.
